Matzo Buttercrunch

We make this dessert for the Passover Seder and sometimes later with leftover matzo. We all look forward to eating it!

Matzo Buttercrunch

Here's the batch Abby, Anna, and I just finished.

I like this stuff. Are there many other Passover-approved desserts?

There is a Jewish synagogue (the Etz Chayim Synagogue) in Winnipeg that has an annual community Pesach Seder. It would be fun to go to, if one didn't mind sticking out like a sore thumb...

Yes, flourless cake, coconut macaroons, meringue desserts, fruit. Oh, remember when we used to make those apricot bars with the matzoh crust? There are lots of different things - we just like the buttercrunch the best, I guess.

Love you!
