There is a Jewish synagogue (the Etz Chayim Synagogue) in Winnipeg that has an annual community Pesach Seder. It would be fun to go to, if one didn't mind sticking out like a sore thumb...
Yes, flourless cake, coconut macaroons, meringue desserts, fruit. Oh, remember when we used to make those apricot bars with the matzoh crust? There are lots of different things - we just like the buttercrunch the best, I guess.
