Abby and I have just finished our lapbook! We included a drawing of a horse (from Draw Write Now), a comparison drawing (a mother and a child), a story in first person, an illustration of liquid measurement, a minit book of the flora and fauna of a New England island, an illustration of the parts of a horse, and a map of Massachusetts. Abby is proudly showing it off to the family as I type.
We also read Blueberries for Sal and are continuing with Misty of Chincoteague.
